- The Changes Log now records all the alterations I make to each page.
- 2006.12.01
- Have tidied up many small changes to the rules. Eg. Command Bubbles can now transfer EPs from any Outpost/HQ to anyother Outpost/HQ in the same Bubble. Interceptors automatically intercept if the Invader lands on the Outpost/HQ of the intercepting group. Interceptors gains bonus to roll if Invader lands on System within Bubble.

1: Introduction (top)
1.1: Who and What?
I suppose I should start off by giving you a reason to continue reading. Well this collection of web pages documents a rather extensive campaign system that we are playing/developing at the gaming society, RPGSoc, at the University of Nottingham (UK).
It's a classic map based setup, managing resources to build ships that you send to their valiant deaths against the other players. This is version 0.2 of our system, hopefully we've added more interest without too much new complication and book keeping. As is a classic mistake of first attempts, there were some very dull mechanical aspects to v0.1.
1.2: Continued Development and Updates
As amateur game designers we naturally make mistakes, as such we regularly check that nothing is too wrong, if it is we adapt or adjust. To that end we keep a set of the rules in wiki form at WikiGaming for community editing.
Similarly, WikiGaming contains all the information about each player - well all the public information at any rate.
NOTE: Unlike FTCamp0.1, I will not be publishing the core campaign rules on WikiGaming. There are two(three) reasons for this:
- Many of the core rules are so fundamental that changing them would require a complete restart (as occur after v0.1).
- I don't have the time to convert the XHTML formatted pages into wiki code (if anyone wants to do this they are welcome to).
- (In relation to the above - keeping the webpage and wiki versions in sync would be a head ache)
